Michael Rhode Memorial Scholarship
Fund (Est. May 2006)
Michael Rhode was a friend and employee of Crescent Lake
Bible Camp. He had a true servant's heart and, above
all else, desired to see children come to the Lord.
His ambition was to serve God while working at CLBC full
time.
On March 2, 2006, Mike passed away at the age of 21.
Because of Mike's love for children, it was his family's
desire to see a scholarship fund established in Mike's name.
The Michael Rhode Memorial Scholarship is now used to
send children to Camp who otherwise couldn't afford it.
This gives those kids an opportunity to hear the Gospel.

Walk Of Faith
For 75 years, Crescent Lake Bible Camp has been fulfilling
its two primary purposes: evangelism and discipleship. Every
year we see children, teens, adults and even entire families
grow in their faith; we see lives dedicated or rededicated
to Christ; we see people commit themselves to full-time
service to Christ. God has blessed this ministry and with
each program we are able to reach out to new youth and
families!

While this growth in ministry and outreach is truly a
blessing, we need your help. Our goal is to provide
opportunities for youth and families to have life-changing
experiences, regardless of their background and ability to
pay; and, because of that commitment, we literally receive
hundreds of requests for scholarships each year. It is our
goal that, within reasonable limits, no one is turned away;
but, unfortunately, with all the requests, it is difficult
to meet all of the needs that are out there.
The Crescent Lake Bible Camp – Walk of Faith Project
provides you with an opportunity to partner with our
ministry, buy a brick, lay a foundation and change a life!
For a donation of $295.00 – the cost for a youth camper to
attend a one-week program – you will provide a camper with a
program that can have an eternal impact and, at the same
time, provide a lasting legacy in honor or in memoriam of
someone special.
